Community and Growth

While we’re part of a coalition of mediators providing information about mediation resources in the communities we work in, from the DFW area to West Texas and Central Texas, we’re also proud to share the wonderful work of a long-time small business friend in Odessa – Kay’s Emblems!

From our years getting show t-shirts at the Globe to the years getting Public Safety shirts and jackets for Airsho – Kay’s Emblems has always done an amazing job – so of course we went back to them for our new Francell Mediations shirts and jackets!

Across the many life experiences that brought us to mediation work, serving as a neutral guide while facilitating communication between people, we recognize that the people we’ve met and worked with and loved are the reasons why we do what we do and are good at what we do.

We’re proud to continue to work with the communities and people whom we call friends. From human resources, to teaching in classrooms of all ages, to arts and humanities like theatre, to owning and managing a variety of small-to-medium businesses, to serving with and creating several non-profits – it’s all a part of the work we do now. Communication is the best foundation for learning and exploring the world, but sometimes the conflicts feel hard to overcome without help.

Asking for help can be hard, too, but realizing we can’t do it all by ourselves and knowing there are experienced people who can do the things we need help with is what building a community (and a business) is all about. We’re good at what we do, but we can’t embroider shirts, so we ask for help from people we trust to do that for us, and Kay’s did a wonderful job!

We know asking for help can be hard – but know that there are people and businesses in your communities that are there to help you figure things out, help you or your business grow, and help you and your family take care of problems. If you or someone you know needs help with conflict resolution, please reach out to us at 817-841-9982 – we’d love to help! (It’s what we do.)
